On the buying side, they deliver invaluable insight and tailored guidance to clients searching for a first home, a forever home, or a downtown residence.
With over 30 years in the industry, Jeanine McShea is renowned among colleagues and clients alike for her professionalism, leadership, and market expertise. Her distinguished career—spanning roles from broker to managing broker to President at prominent Chicagoland firms—has given her deep knowledge of every facet of the real estate transaction process. Having been involved in thousands of successful sales, Jeanine combines her extensive experience with a genuine commitment to client success.
Erin McShea grew up immersed in real estate, gaining early exposure to the business through her family's decades-long presence in the industry. She began her career managing the sales center for The Chicago Spire, one of the city's most prominent developments, where she developed a strong foundation in luxury property marketing and client care. Since transitioning to real estate sales in 2013, Erin has built her reputation on professionalism, local insight, and service excellence. Born and raised in Chicago, she brings an authentic understanding of the city's neighborhoods and lifestyle to every client relationship. Her time working abroad in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, further strengthened her commitment to exceptional service and adaptability.
Beyond real estate, both Jeanine and Erin are passionate advocates for community involvement and philanthropy. Jeanine serves on the Board of Directors for the Danny Did Foundation, a Chicago nonprofit dedicated to providing seizure monitoring devices to families and raising epilepsy awareness. Jeanine also serves on the Paul Nelson Randolph Abundant Life Scholarship Foundation Board providing education scholarships to underserved communities. She is also a watercolor artist and a proud Chicagoan. Her professional accolades include serving on the Chicago Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors and receiving the Winona State University Distinguished Alumni Award in 2008.
Erin shares her mother's dedication to the Danny Did Foundation, having hiked 800 miles of the Appalachian Trail to raise awareness and funds for the organization. A graduate of Loyola Academy and Indiana University—where she earned a degree in Psychology with minors in German Studies and Business Administration—Erin is also an avid runner who has completed 16 half marathons and the Chicago Marathon. She lives in Jefferson Park with her husband and son, after previously residing in Old Town and Lincoln Park.
