Being real estate professionals in the Chicagoland real estate market over the past several years has enabled Donna & Kaitlyn to have the experiences and insight to assist their clients in any type of market whether it is a seller's market, a buyer's market, a renter's market, a distressed property market (Foreclosure or a short sale) or an investor's market. Most of their real estate careers have been guiding and counseling clients on selling their homes, purchasing their next home, or facilitating a lease of a property. Several years of Donna's real estate career were spent as a Branch Manager, managing broker for two different branch offices with over 40 agents in each office. In this role, Donna advised and counseled agents on growing their businesses, coaching and training, and assisting them in answering questions they received from their clients.

Clients refer Donna & Kaitlyn to their friends and family because they are professional, trustworthy, and have a high level of integrity. They make time for their clients and tell them the truth even if it's not what they want to hear. They are rewarded when a client says "Thank you!  We could not have gotten through this without you".

Donna, Kaitlyn, and their families enjoy bicycling, running, cooking, camping in the travel trailer, fishing, gardening, hiking, traveling and going on cruises, spending time with family and friends, attending sporting events, checking out breweries, attending local holiday events or just relaxing on the lawn chair by day and by a campfire at night. They each enjoy gardening and aspire to have sustainable vegetable gardens. Pets are family members in both of their homes whether it be a dog, a turtle, or fish.  Donna and Kaitlyn are both lifelong residents of the Chicagoland area.

One of the life lessons Donna's Mom taught her to live by every day is "Whatever you are doing, be passionate about it. Dive in with all that you have and give it your all. Take risks—don't be afraid."

One of the life lessons Kait's parents taught her is "Work hard, be kind to others, and always help out friends and family."
