Lisa Trace is known by clients and colleagues alike to be one of the hardest working and most ethical real estate agents in the business. Her attention and commitment to each and every client, no matter the listing or purchase size, has contributed to her success. Lisa has grown her business by focusing on one-on-one relationships, open communication, and working relentlessly for her clients. She is consistently a top producing agent and was the #1 agent at Griffith, Grant & Lackie for multiple years before joining @properties in 2019. She received her MBA in finance from the UIC and her Master of Science in Nursing from Northwestern University. Before real estate, Lisa worked as a Stock Broker and spent 20 years as a U.S. Navy nurse retiring as a Commander. She married a Navy doctor (Dave), and they have 3 children whom they raised in Lake Forest. She enjoys staying fit and can be found every morning at the health club. During her free time, she volunteers on the College of Lake County Foundation Board raising money for scholarships. Her father, Jim Dooley, spent 28 years with the Chicago Bears as a First Round Draft Choice, Assistant Coach and Head Coach. He and Mike Ditka were the only two who were on both the 1963 World Championship and 1985 Super Bowl Teams.

In 2019, Lisa's daughter-in-law Samantha joined Lisa's real estate practice, and together as a team, they have exponentially grown their business each year to become one of the top-producing teams in the area.

Sam Trace received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Master of Science in Education degree from Northwestern University. She taught high school English at one of Chicago's top selective enrollment schools before moving to Lake Forest. A resident now for more than ten years, Sam continues to find Lake Forest the perfect community to raise her two young children, Hayden and James. During Sam's free time, she enjoys volunteering at her children's schools and serving on the school boards. Sam's background in education coupled with her personable, hardworking, and trustworthy nature shape her approach to real estate: to educate and demystify the entire buying and selling process for her clients and to tirelessly work to best represent their interests.
