Brett Pechter is a Chicago-based real estate broker with @properties Christie's International Real Estate, one of the top-performing teams in the Midwest with over $1 billion in closed sales since 2010. Since joining the firm in 2018, Brett has established himself as a trusted advisor known for his strategic pricing expertise, negotiation skills, market insight, and client-focused approach.

Brett represents a diverse range of clients, including homeowners, investors, property managers, first-time buyers, and repeat buyers. Since 2019, he has guided clients through more than $30 million in sales and completed over 110 lease transactions throughout Chicago and the North Shore suburbs. His work is characterized by careful analysis, transparent communication, and an ability to simplify even the most complex transactions.

Local Expertise

A lifelong resident of the Chicago area, Brett grew up in Skokie and graduated from Niles West High School, where he competed in golf and wrestling. He earned his degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago, living in University Village and Pilsen during his studies. While at UIC, he was an active member of AEPi fraternity and the Ultimate Frisbee team.

Brett's experience extends beyond the U.S.—in 2016, he worked for a real estate company in Tel Aviv, leading both local and international social media marketing initiatives. He has been a proud Logan Square resident since 2019, giving him a deep understanding of Chicago's evolving neighborhoods, housing trends, and investment opportunities.
