Listening is instrumental to Carla's success. "In real estate, if you do not hear what your clients are saying and understand what is most important to them, they will not be your clients for long," Carla observes. "We truly listen. We want to provide them with a streamlined and stress-free experience." Just as important is respect, which she believes sets her apart. "I respect my peers. I am not in competition with anyone," emphasizes Carla. "We all need each other. The smart thing to do is to work together keeping our clients' interests in mind, and get the job done. That is what our role is!"

Outside of work, Carla is deeply involved in philanthropy. She currently serves as First Vice President of the Gold Coast Neighbors Association and has previously served as President of the House of the Good Shepherd Women's Board, among other leadership roles. In her free time, she enjoys fast walking, spending time with friends, traveling, and sharing a great meal.
