Cathy is a third-generation top-producing real estate broker, following in her mother's and grandmother's footsteps. She provides highly personalized service to clients in Chicago and on the North Shore, taking time to understand their unique goals and helping them define and achieve their real estate objectives. She has exceptional communication and analytical skills, relentlessly protects her clients' interests, and is results-driven and creative. Cathy offers a discerning eye for design and staging, ensuring her clients earn top dollar for their homes.

A member of @properties Christies International Real Estate's East Lincoln Park and Glencoe offices, Cathy previously served as Vice President for Residential Sales with one of the nation's top real estate teams specializing in Chicago's near north side. She later partnered with her mother, renowned north suburban agent Julie Deutsch, until Julie's retirement in 2022. Since 2018, Cathy has closed nearly $100 million in sales, including $25 million in 2025 alone.

Prior to launching her career in real estate, Cathy was a fundraising executive for the University of Chicago, where she secured transformational philanthropic investments in science and medicine. Cathy grew up in Highland Park and is a long-time resident of Chicago's Lincoln Park and Lakeview neighborhoods. Her passions include traveling (especially in France!), hiking, and collecting art.
