Position: Executive Assistant - Tinder Home

We're looking for a professional, proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to play a key role in our growing team. You'll be responsible for assisting a top producing real estate agent with providing top notch service to their clients. These duties can include tasks such as purchasing gifts, dropping off lockboxes, and delivering brochures, etc. Also, it can include preparing and implementing marketing campaigns, planning client parties, keeping the Client database (CRM) and Deal database (DVS) up to date, managing the agent's email, calendar, and scheduling appointments. Hours: 20-25 hrs/week, flexibile work schedule

Location:  After initial training, flexible work environment (mix of in-office, local travel, & work-from-home)

Responsibilities (include but not limited to)

  • Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Prepare marketing materials for campaigns
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications (including personal notes) on the executive's behalf
  • Manage social media, contact management (CRM), and deal management (DVS) platforms
  • Assist in planning and execution of client parties/events/housewarming parties. •
  • Assist in the planning and execution of client pop-by, anniversary, holiday and closing gifts
  • Prepare marketing materials for owner such as buyer and seller presentations
  • Arranging access for buyer agents show Tinder Home properties (accompanying such showings when necessary).
  • Provide updates to both clients and vendors during transactions
  • Other tasks to assist principal broker in their day-to-day activities
