She currently resides on Chicago's north side with her family. .

Her extensive background in hospitality made pivoting to real estate a natural transition due to her love of all things home. She began her career working with an international real estate developer, excelling in sales, leasing and property management. With a desire to provide greater assistance to her clients she expanded her knowledge and experience to include project management. Cynthia's dedication to relationships over transactions has been the success of her referral based business. Her ability to communicate, educate, strategize and negotiate has served her clients well for over 20 years in the Chicago Real Estate market.
