Helen Kalantzis, Broker 

Helen Kalantzis is a seasoned real estate broker who combines a strong work ethic with expert negotiation skills and market knowledge to ensure her clients' every need is met, whether they are a first-time home buyer or an experienced investor. Working out of @properties Christie’s International Real Estate's Barrington, Park Ridge and Arlington Heights offices, Helen specializes in residential real estate throughout the Chicagoland area but also in Chicago's Northwest Suburbs, including the entire Barrington area, Inverness, Palatine, Hoffman Estates, Arlington Heights, Mt. Prospect, Lake Zurich, Schaumburg, Buffalo Grove, Park Ridge, Niles and Glenview. 

Prior to joining @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, Helen worked with mortgage loans and real estate related transactions daily through various roles in banking and sales, managing several banking centers with Chase Bank throughout the Northwest Suburbs. She was first immersed in the world of real estate through her family's investment company, which focused on selling, purchasing and managing commercial properties. This comprehensive understanding of the industry has contributed to Helen's success as a broker, along with her determination to go above and beyond to counsel her clients through each transaction.  She is genuinely committed to helping her clients achieve their goals and remains their advocate throughout every step of the buying and selling process. 

A current resident of Inverness, Helen has previously resided in South Barrington, Hoffman Estates, Niles, Des Plaines and Chicago's Gold Coast and Lincoln Park neighborhoods. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communications with a Minor in Marketing and Industrial Organizational Psychology from DePaul University.
