Born in Ireland, hard work and honesty were a way of life to survive and thrive.I rode as a steeplechase jockey in Europe before immigrating to this great country of opportunity for a better life. I trained thoroughbred racehorses here with success until I found my real passion, which I found to be Real Estate. Real Estate is not just a job for me, but a passion and a way of life, and I love it. I live in Oak Park and am firmly embedded in the local community, where my two beautiful daughters attend the highly coveted Oak Park / River Forest school district, involved with fundraising for the school and I volunteer for local charities. My office is at Goose Island, which gives me great access to the city with that suburban connection and the large Irish community throughout Chicago. I was first licensed in Los Angeles,s where I have sold million-dollar homes and still have an active license and a large database of clients and contacts to draw from. I work with a large number of vendors (electrician, plumber, painter, cleaning crew, roofer) who do great work at very reasonable rates. The greatest pleasure I have as a real estate agent is to find someone their dream home, whether it be downsizing, their first home, or to tell them I got above listing price with multiple offers.
