While J is proud of these accomplishments, what is most meaningful is that his business is built almost entirely on referrals, and many clients have become good friends. This is evident by his client appreciation event attendance whether on a large scale at Family Fun Day at Arlington National Racetrack or intimate in nature on the golf course or at his home with cigars, red wine and a home cooked meal.
J began his real estate career with a focus on Chicago's downtown neighborhoods. As his clients' family size and wealth grew so did his focus to include the Western suburbs and investment properties. The real estate role he enjoys most is as "advisor". They genuinely appreciate J's direct, honest and unfiltered assessments that inspire the most informed decisions. J Maggio lives in the western suburbs with his beautiful, supportive wife and their four amazing children that include twins. Having recently renovated an older home has given him even greater insight on the site selection/design/build process. J believes in treating everyone like family and frequently indulges his clients by sharing in his culinary pursuits. Just ask him about his prized brown bag, fried chicken. Another passion is giving back through involvement with charitable causes like One Tail at a Time and the Charles Tillman's Cornerstone Foundation.
