The Selling Process

Selling a home is more of an art than a science, but below is a general process for each sale. As a seller's agent, it is my role to help you prepare the home for listing, to market your property, and to negotiate to ensure that you are getting the most value out of your sale. I will make suggestions on a list price and help you determine the best timing to go live.
