Find your Goldilocks Price - With my background in commercial banking with Chase bank, I believe in the mathematical power of a  solid spreadsheet. When determining an ask price for a home, it is important to look at all the information about recent homes sales in the area. Combining this with an interpretation of current market trends and seasonality, we can find the Goldilocks price that is "just right". Low enough that attracts the right buyers, and high enough that after negotiations you sell for top dollar! 

A Photo is Worth 1,000 Words - More than likely, the first time a prospective buyer will see your home is online. In order to get these buyers to schedule a showing and come through your front door, the photos need to be absolutely perfect. My professional photographer and I will ensure the photos compel online lookers to view your home in real life!

Aggressively market your home - Once on the market, we will  market your home through: listing on the MLS, postings on all the major real estate websites, hosting an open house the first weekend on the market, direct mailing, eblasts, and newspaper ads. 

Consistency - Once you're home is on the market, consistency rules. And I'll consistently accomodate all showings, provide showing feedback, keep you up-to-date on market conditions, and ensure we are adjusting properly  to get you from on-the-market to sold!
