As a former multi-media journalist turned real estate professional, Kate O'Connell brings a unique skill set to her role as Executive Vice President of Growth & Culture at @properties Christie's International Real Estate.

Kate entered the real estate industry in 2013 after she and her husband relocated to Charlotte, NC. She spent 3 years working at a leading luxury real estate company as a relocation coordinator and marketing associate. When she returned home to Michigan, she worked as a marketing associate and social content manager at a luxury real estate firm in Birmingham, MI.

Kate's professional career started in the broadcasting industry, where she worked for four years as a full-time anchor, reporter and producer at a local NBC news affiliate in Traverse City, MI.

She is a graduate of Michigan State University where she earned a bachelor's degree in advertising. She then furthered her education by graduating from Specs Howard School of Media Arts.
