Born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Kathleen has always loved everything the city has to offer. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor's degree in American Studies, she quickly moved back to Lincoln Park to start her professional career.

Kathleen honed her communication and negotiation skills over a ten year career as a relationship manager for a PR Media Software company. She earned the trust of clients by providing solutions for complex issues. She has brought along her creativity, responsiveness, and passion for helping clients to her current role as a broker. 

Kathleen is a member of the Brian Grossman Group, which is ranked in the top 1% producing team of all Chicagoland agents with over $800 million in residential sales. She is seen as a trusted advisor who takes a genuine interest in connecting with clients to make the deeply personal investment of buying or selling a home a seamless, positive experience.

Kathleen is grateful for any opportunity to meet new people and share her time, expertise, and love of Chicago. Kathleen resides in the Old Town neighborhood, and in her spare time loves to stay active, spend time with family and friends, and travel. You can find her running along the lakefront, attending sporting events and concerts, and checking out Chicago's amazing restaurant scene.
