She has associates in the city of Chicago as well as all of the Chicago suburbs. In 2022, she sold 14 homes, from a high of $2,560,000 and $802,365 on average, representing 8 sellers and 6 buyers. She is known for how she "packages" and markets home, as her previous career was as a corporate strategist, specializing in product innovation & brand building.

Marssa began selling real estate in 2005 and has a number of certifications. One is "Certified Ecobroker©," a national designation which provides her clients with an additional level of expertise on energy efficiency, cost savings, and sustainable housing practices. She has over 30 years residential property improvement experience, and manages her own rental real estate portfolio.

Marissa was born and raised in Evanston. She and her husband, Dan, lived in the City of Chicago for over two decades, and are currently proud to call Highland Park home. Marissa is actively involved in her community. She is a past commissioner for the Lake Co and Highland Park Affordable Housing Commissions, has served as an election judge for over 30 consecutive years, and is currently serving on the Board of Trustees where she worships. Marissa loves to travel, exercise, and eat well. She and her husband are renowned for their urban farm…and their fun-loving pup, Loki!
