I'm Olga Velasquez. I was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Chicago as a teenager, where I quickly fell in love with the city. That move taught me how deeply connected families are to their homes, which inspired my career helping others find that same connection.

I started out as a loan processor, then became a Housing Counselor during the 2008 housing crisis, working with families on budgeting, foreclosure prevention, and first-time home buying. Later, I served as the Midwest Ambassador at the Chase Homeownership Center in downtown Chicago, collaborating with homeowners, underwriters, and investors like Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

Helping families find a place they can truly call home is my personal mission. I bring optimism, knowledge, and years of experience to guide my clients through the buying, selling, or investing process. I specialize in helping families, first-time homebuyers, and sellers navigate the Chicagoland real estate market—especially in neighborhoods like Portage Park and Dunning. I have a high success rate in closing sales and helping clients get the results they want, whether they're buying their first home or selling their current one.

When I'm not working, I love spending time with my two kids—especially on family bike rides, movie nights, trips to the park, and our favorite: getting ice cream together. I also enjoy helping out in my neighborhood and staying involved in my community whenever I can.
