Before transitioning into real estate, Pat built a successful 20-year career at the global advertising firm FCB/True North Communications, where she served as Corporate Travel Manager for Worldwide Services. There, she managed a substantial $80 million budget and oversaw a team of 20 service agents across five North American offices. Her role also included corporate executive relocations to the Chicago area—an experience that laid the foundation for her eventual move into residential real estate.

Since 2001, Pat has leveraged her background in operations, negotiation, and customer service to deliver outstanding results as a real estate professional.
