A 26-year industry veteran, Rose realized early on that she had a knack for sales and was even more passionate about working with people. She took every real estate course possible, honing her craft in salesmanship and becoming an early adopter of technology. She stood out most as a star mentor, and was asked to mentor agents in her office just eight months into her career.  Within three years, Rose became the assistant manager of that office, which was one of the largest in Northwest Indiana at the time. From there, her career accelerated from assistant managing broker to managing broker.   

Rose loves helping agents grow their business and enjoys finding ways to make every transaction a win-win-win for the buyer, seller, and for the REALTOR®. In addition to her role as designated managing broker for @properties | Christie's International Real Estate, she sits on the Professional Standards Committee for the Indiana Association of REALTORS®. She's previously served as president for the GNIAR Board of Directors, and was awarded GNIAR REALTOR® of the year in 2020.

Rose lives in Crown Point, Indiana, with her husband of 36+ years. When she's not working, she can be found hiking, bicycling, camping, traveling, or reading. She also speaks Serbo-Croatian fluently.
