I was recruited into real estate in 1984 when I was just 21 years old, long before the digital age. This decades-long foundation is the cornerstone of my success and my biggest differentiator--an unparalledled depth of experience built on classic, client focused principles. I was able to hone my negotiating skills thorugh face-to-face dialogue cultivating an exceptional ability to actively listen, build rapport, and focus on intent and emotion rather than just data points; I developed a refined sense for finding common ground and guiding parties toward mutually beneficial outcomes.
Throughout my career, I have successfully navigated the evololution of the real estate industry, adapting to new technologies and market trends while maintaining a commitment to "old shcool" personalized service. One of my strengths is to listen beyond the transaction and truly understand the personal motivations behind my clients' real estate decisions.
