312.826.4233Hello and thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and how I work for my clients. I believe the key to great working relationships is about a "good fit." So please read about my experience and philosophy, and hopefully, something will speak to you.
A client of mine said "You are a prince among men!" and that really resonated with me. Her words expressed how I believe I should perform for all my clients—treating each real estate transaction as I treated hers. When you hire me, you put my 18 years of experience in real estate to work for you. Know that I have experienced everything-- cash sales, FHA, VA, conventional loans, short sales, and foreclosures. I know the intricacies of each and how they affect you, as a seller or buyer. I started my career in Orlando, Florida which to this day remains a fast and highly competitive market. Being successful in this market taught me many skills, but most importantly-- to be an effective negotiator for my clients!
I owe my success to the unique perceptive my background in psychology and business brings. I understand that buying or selling a home can be an emotional time in my client's lives. I, too, have been in your position; therefore, I always strive to provide my clients with a stress-free transaction, part of which comes from effective communication and an understanding of the expectations and flow of real estate transactions. To accomplish this, I begin with an explanation of the mindset and objectives of both the seller and buyer. Many Realtors overlook this and that's where I'm different. When we work together, I will be your advocate- always having your best interest at heart. I'll be your mentor, your guide, your facilitator, and hopefully your friend who will help you navigate the home selling and buying process.
With over $100,000,000 in sales volume, numerous awards, and top real estate percentile rankings, the only thing that truly matters is your satisfaction with my service.
I feel I live the best of both worlds. I have a condo in Lakeview East, right across from Belmont Harbor, where I'm a member of the Belmont Yacht Club, serve on the board of directors. My sailboat is docked there in the summertime. I also have a home in the suburbs- a super friendly village where I founded the Peotone Beautification Committee, and serve as a member of the Peotone Historical Society at the Old Mill.
If you'd like to know more about me, what's going in your market, and how you can hire me to work for you, reach out and let's have a chat.
