John Huebner | Broker

John transitioned his real estate sales business to @properties Christie's International Real Estate in 2009.  He has consistently provided the highest level of customer service and expertise to his clients.  Even through volatile market fluctuations he has helped home buyers, sellers and investors thrive in value-add opportunities.  John and his team have closed over 250 transactions and over $250 million in sales* and is proud to have earned a seat among the top productive agents in the Chicago Association of REALTORS®.   John is dedicated to servicing his client's needs and brings energy, honesty and reliability to every transaction.  *MLS Courted, LLC, based on closed sales data, 2007-2024 *Member of Top Agent Network and CAR.

Katie Kull Utterback | Broker

Katie has worked in the residential real estate market for over 10 years. During that time she's put together deals in neighborhoods throughout Chicago, but is sought after for her knowledge of the city's near north and surrounding neighborhoods. Katie has been involved with everything from first time home buyers to experienced investors. She takes pride in the relationships she has built with her clients and focuses on creating trust and bringing value to each specific deal. Her integrity and attention to her clients needs has resulted in a business built upon their referrals.  She is proud to contribute to the ThirdBLVD Group's annual sales production. Prior to joining @properties, she was a leasing agent in Chicago. Katie lives in Logan Square with her daughter, son and husband, who is in the real estate property tax industry. Building strong contacts and staying involved with local and national organizations help them both to stay in tune with the constantly changing market. 

Lancy Norris | Broker

Lancy has a passion for real estate and providing her clients with the highest level of service. She grew up in Darien, IL, and is familiar with the southwest burbs but moved to the city after college receiving her degree in culinary arts to pursue a restaurant and hospitality career in downtown Chicago. Early on in her career, pre-college, she worked in various residential real estate offices, and from restaurant life, she transitioned to commercial real estate law spanning 11 years in the Chicago loop. Her background in fine dining restaurants and the hospitality industry trained her to go above and beyond for clients. In 2017, Lancy joined @properties Christie's International Real Estate's ThirdBLVD Group as an Executive Assistant. In this role, she acts as a liaison for clients, ensuring efficient and effective responses. Beyond client interactions, she manages logistics, and scheduling, and plays a crucial role in crafting marketing campaigns for the team's success.  

In 2019, Lancy obtained her real estate license from the Chicago Association of REALTORS® to take her skills and passion to the next level. Since then, Lancy has successfully built her own clientele while continuing to contribute to the team's success. She has extensive knowledge of the transaction process and is able to provide her clients with step-by-step guidance. She is proud to contribute to the ThirdBLVD Group's annual sales production. 

In addition to her love of real estate, Lancy lives in Edgebrook with her family, balacing her professional life with a passion for cooking and dancing.

Linden Huebner | Broker

Linden has a genuine love for working with people and is passionate about guiding them through important life milestones of buying or selling a home. She has lived in Chicago for 20 years and in quite a few neighborhoods: including the Loop, Wrigleyville, Logan Square, Old Irving, Tri-Taylor and Bucktown. Prior to earning her broker's license, Linden was the Director of Education for Chicago Opera Theater for 15 years and she received the award for Musical America's top 30 professionals in the nation. In this role, she learned the utmost importance of building trust, establishing relationships and taking the time to gain a deep understanding of the needs of her own team and the needs of their partners. She is a "people person" and believes that people, not properties, are at the heart of the real estate business. An educator by nature, Linden helps clients make wise decisions at each step of their transaction. Linden has a particular passion for assisting clients to find the right home to make the best fitting match! Most importantly, Linden is patient and enthusiastic while advocating for her clients and making sure their needs are always met and their dreams come true!

Linden cherishes time with her husband, ThirdBLVD Group team lead, John Huebner and their son Brayden who is toddling around the city and exploring every neighborhood park. Chicago's stunning lakefront and vibrant riverwalk captures our hearts on our daily stroller rides.  We are enthusiastic foodies and are happy to offer restaurant recommendations.
