Whenever possible, I will request that the seller contribute toward your broker compensation as part of an offer. If the seller declines or agrees to only partial coverage, the remaining amount is paid by you at closing to @properties | Christie’s International Real Estate. Everything is handled clearly, ethically, and in full compliance with local and national standards.
