Matthew Conti has been in the real estate business since law school. In the early 80's he managed his father's 52 flat, 44 apartments and 8 store fronts, in the Old Irving Park Neighborhood. 

Matthew continued his real estate passion as an attorney by owning and operating apartment bulidings in Chicago, Forest Park and Michigan City, IN. and also a commercial office building in the Fulton Market District where his offices have been located since 1990. 

Born and raised in Park Ridge, IL he moved to River Forest in 1991, with his wife Susan and raised a family where they still reside. 

Matt, has a thorough understanding of real estate, from the ground up, including mechanicals, structure and how the buliding functions. In addition, he is mathematically inclined with land and improvements as to understanding value. His law practice focuses on appealing real estate tax assessments in Cook County.
