Ginger Bonneau joined @properties in June 2004 with over 10 years of seasoned real estate experience. Ginger has a presence that immediately puts clients to ease. She is extremely approachable, high-energy and knowledgeable with a patient and understanding nature. Her clients’ describe her as a great communicator and advocate; she walks first time homebuyers, developers and sellers through the process. What is the most exciting and gratifying part of your job?

“Putting together a successful transaction! I listen to my client and communicate each step of the process; I want them to be comfortable and fully informed along the way. I approach the business aspect of real estate like a puzzle; I am constantly trying to get the right fit. Each deal is a new challenge. By utilizing pro-active marketing strategies, networking and the latest technology I feel that I reach all possible solutions for my clients.”


Ginger works with buyers and sellers everyday. She also specializes in the fields of land acquisition and new development. Ginger has helped many developers through the initial to final stages of land and building conversions.
Her wide spectrum of knowledge about the Chicago market and various real estate transactions provides all of her clients with a complete understanding of the real estate process.

Ginger attended Mount Mary College with a Major in Marketing. She has lived in Chicago since 1991 and happily resides in the Andersonville/Edgewater Neighborhood. Ginger enjoys gardening and spending time with her two West Highland Terriers.
