I create training, coaching, and tech-driven learning experiences that help agents feel empowered, connected, and ready for what's next; strengthening our culture and driving the company forward.

As the EVP of Agent Development & Culture at @properties Christie's International Real Estate, I focus on helping agents grow through better training, coaching, and support. I lead our companywide development programs, build scalable learning tools, and help roll out new tech and products in a way that feels clear, practical, and agent-friendly. I work closely with our marketing, tech, operations, and ancillary teams to ensure everything we create truly strengthens an agent's business. Many of our programs are designed to scale, making them easy for our @properties and Christie's affiliates to adopt and benefit from.

You'll also find me on video, in live trainings, and at events connecting with agents, building culture, and helping people stay supported, informed, and excited about what's ahead. Before this role, I served as a Managing Broker, team lead, and agent, giving me a front-row view of what agents need to succeed. Leading the Goose Island and North Center offices helped me stay close to the real challenges, opportunities, and wins in the field—perspective I bring directly into how I build training, coaching, and support today. I began my real estate career in college, launching a development company focused on single-family rehabs and condo conversions across Chicago.

I then went on to build a successful 13-year sales career before moving into management. Outside of the office, I enjoy cooking, traveling the world, preferably by cruise ship and indulging in great cocktails and exceptional wine.
