Brooke Epley grew up watching her mother and grandfather sell real estate successfully on the shores of Lake Maxinkuckee in Culver, Indiana.

Brooke’s move to Chicago, (Wicker Park), and employment with @properties has been recent – summer of 2007 – but her familiarity with real estate extends to her childhood. Brooke began her own venture into real estate while still in high school working during the summers at Abad and Epley Realty in Culver; she continued while in Bloomington, working as an assistant at FC Tucker/OBR Realtors. She obtained her license in the state of Indiana last year, and is now also licensed in Illinois to meet all her clients’ needs.

Brooke graduated in 2002 from Culver Girls Academy, and in 2006 earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Culture from Indiana University in Bloomington; she also has a minor in Spanish, which included studying for a semester in México City, México to polish off her fluency.

Brooke’s favorite after work activity is running; she has participated in the past 5 Chicago Marathons.
