Pamela Holt began her real estate career in Chicago in 1985 as a sales associate for Coldwell Banker in their first downtown office. With a concentration in Chicago’s emerging urban market, Pam quickly became a multi-million dollar producer. After working for many of Chicago’s premier local and national real estate companies such as Century21, ERA Properties and LaThomus Realty, Ms. Holt was tapped to manage a brokerage office in the city’s South Loop neighborhood. After many years in that position, Pamela returned to residential sales to reconnect more closely with her following of buyers and sellers. She was employed by Rubloff Residential Properties and Sudler Sotheby’s International Real Estate before making the decision to launch her own residential brokerage office, reChgo (real estate Chicago).

In 2007, after success with reChgo in the resale market as well as with multi-unit developments, the reChgo group joined forces with @properties. With @properties, Pam continues to focus on selling and marketing real estate in Chicago’s central neighborhoods.

Pam Holt is a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology’s College of Architecture, Planning and Design where she was awarded a Bachelor’s of Science degree. She holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Chicago’s John Marshall Law School and is a licensed Illinois real estate broker. She has spent most of her life residing in Chicago’s near south communities, where she currently lives with her daughter.
