This 32+ acre parcel is about 20 minutes from Harrison and has had deer, bear, coyote, turkey, bobcat, and beaver spotted (and harvested) over the years. It offers 600+ feet of waterfront on the Muskegon River along with waterfront on a pond, creek, and swampy area. There were walking/riding trails throughout, but haven't been used recently and have filled in. There is a variety of Pine, Cedar, Ash, and Maple trees to name a few. Across the river is a large parcel of state land and just down the road is a public park to the river. About a mile to the east of the property you can jump on the Leota Trail.
