Jerry W. Mooty, Jr. is the Chief Executive Officer and Principal of Dallas Ft. Worth’s newest real estate brokerage firm, @properties Christie’s International Real Estate. Jerry's extensive real estate knowledge and passion for the community led him to recognize the opportunity to bring strong local ownership and the @properties tech-driven solutions to the Texas market. As a result, Jerry launched @properties first Texas franchise in Dallas July 2021. The brokerage moved into their headquarters in Highland Park in the summer of 2022 and will open its Frisco office in 2022 followed by Austin in 2023.
Jerry has been a noteworthy leader in Dallas’ real estate scene for more than two decades through his work as an attorney, residential and commercial developer, investor and broker. Prior to launching @properties Christie’s, Jerry served as the Director of Strategy for one of the largest independently owned real estate brokerages in Texas and led a dynamic team of professionals that handled residential, commercial and global relocation transactions. In his first full year as an agent, he closed over $25 million in transactions, was named Rookie of the Year at his brokerage, named Top10 Realtor by Top10 Dallas magazine for 2020/2021, and recognized by Dallas Modern Luxury as one of Dallas’ elite luxury agents. In 2022, he received acknowledgment by D Magazine as one of D’s Best Real Estate Agents, Dallas Real Producers top 500, and was recognized as a member of the top 1% in the nation by RealTrends + Tom Ferry America’s Best Real Estate Professionals. Jerry partnered with Piper Young, to create the Piper + Mooty Real Estate Group and their team ranked #34 in the State of Texas for 2021 and will handle over $100 million dollars in transactions in 2022.
In 2023, Jerry was again named top 500 agents in Dallas by Real Producers, inducted into the Christie's International Real Estate Master's Circle reserved for the elite agents in the Christie's global network, and recognized as Top Realtor Advocate (Preston Hollow).
