As a native Northern Virginian, Matt's deep local market knowledge is rooted in personal experience and a lifelong connection to the area. Born and raised in Falls Church and currently residing in Arlington with his wife and young sons, Matt loves nothing more than to tell his clients the story of his home as they embark on their own real estate journey. Paired with his superlative market knowledge, it's his personal connection to the region and the people who live and work here, that allows Matt to skillfully guide his clients and help them write their own chapter in the place he has always called home.
Matt brings an open and honest attitude and prides himself on making the real estate experience as easy and seamless as possible. His no pressure approach is geared towards building genuine relationships where his clients will feel comfortable and know that they're in the hands of an expert.
Prior to real estate as a profession, Matt spent nearly two decades negotiating and managing multi-million dollar contracts as well as delivering complex software solutions for both federal and commercial clients. The intersection of which allows him to leverage data and technology, bring a client first perspective, and expertly navigate the contractual process for the largest asset his clients may ever own.
As a real estate investor and owner of multiple rental properties, Matt also brings a forward-thinking approach to wealth building and is passionate about helping others realize their own goals.
Outside of real estate, you'll find Matt spending time outside with his wife and two boys, supporting local restaurants, cheering on his beloved D.C. teams, playing basketball & golf, or working on his 100+ year home in Cape Charles, VA. He's also passionate about giving back and does so by volunteering and fundraising for causes such as the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC) and National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
