Coming with first-hand knowledge of the buying and selling experience, Monique understands her clients' needs and guides them through every step of the home buying and selling process. She has proven to be a skilled negotiator, purposeful communicator, and an expert in the craft of real estate. Recently named Top Agent in Washingtonian Magazine 2022 and 2023 and a 2023 National Association of Realtors 30 under 30 Finalist, Monique has also received one of three 2022 Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors Agent Awards for her dedication & skill in the industry.
Outside of real estate, Monique spends her time volunteering for City Dogs Rescue and her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi. Monique is a proud Kansas Jayhawk, and she, her husband, and her dog reside in Hyattsville, MD.
