She is actively involved in the community and volunteers at her girls school, her Bethesda neighborhood association and Chairs several fundraising committees. Erin is member of, Greater Capital Area Realtors (GCARR), and Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR). Erin is a Certified Buyer Representative. The CBR program is an intensive program that immerses participants in the laws, industry ‘best practices' and responsibilities involved in buyer representation as well as effective negotiating on the buyer's behalf. Erin is also an Accredited Staging Professional. The ASP program teaches real estate agents to prepare homes for sale using proven staging techniques.
