My very first real estate investment, in 2009, piqued my attention and snapped me out of the world of campaign and legislative politics. After a few months I knew I wanted to be involved in real estate professionally in some way. After my first full-gut rowhome renovation in 2013, I decided to leave politics behind entirely and put my skills and experience to work for buyers and sellers as a career--and I've been making it work ever since.

In the past many years I've come to understand the factors that drive a housing market as diverse and unique as DC, especially when interest rates swing wildly, global health scares grind financial markets to a halt and seasonal market turbulence doesn't match expectation--- I've helped buyers and sellers weather the unexpected and know how to chart a successful course.

Over the past many years I've learned how owning a home can be a powerful tool for financial empowerment and personal satisfaction, especially for clients looking for passive income from their primary residence. I've seen many terrible rehabs over the years and helped buyers know what to look for to avoid owning a lemon. I've worked with and against the best in the business and maintain an impeccable reputation among my peers.

Whether the reason for wanting to purchase a home is to escape the rental market or to offset a mortgage with rental income, I can help make real estate work for you.
