Every listing he's taken on has sold. He credits this to his Modern Marketing System and simply putting in the extra effort and hours necessary to accomplish the goal. Through his network, he's simplified pre and post-sale renovations for clients. His team uses a Buyer's Edge Process that has proven effective, even in difficult markets. Many decades ago, Mark was a field goal kicker in college—and helped train an Olympic gold medalist boxer for the WBC Cruiserweight title in a fight in Paris.
