Sam is a licensed Realtor and a resident of the state of Maryland. He has represented locals, newcomers, and investors with integrity, determination, and professionalism. Focusing on his clients' goals is just the starting point—Sam provides exceptional service through teamwork and communication. Before real estate, Sam represented the United States Army Medical Research and nationally ranked hospitals in contract negotiation. Sam is fluent in Mandarin and obtained his graduate law degree from Loyola University Chicago.
