Todd is a native of Frederick, MD, and has loved calling the DC Capital Region home for many years.

Cycling and long walks on the C&O Canal are among his favorite outdoor activities. He and his husband Philip enjoy traveling, especially to Scandinavia. They live in Bethesda.
