Native to Denton, TX, and currently residing in the Greenway Parks, Kristen's innate passion for helping others in large ways became the catalyst for her to pursue an accelerating career in real estate. Since entering the space in 2021, Kristen has built a large inventory of client successes and industry networks spanning the entire Metroplex, as well as attained a reputation for exceeding vision-aligning initiatives. Part of this stems from her highly structured marketing strategies that put properties at the highest level above the competition, part from her history of issuing firm yet fair negotiation, and part from her access to exclusive opportunities as a resident. More characteristically, Kristen is respected for her compassionate ambiance, devotion to supporting beyond just the sale, and unprecedented client advocacy that ensures every experience is seamless, cordial, and above all else, successful.
To date, Kristen holds a Business Marketing Degree from (USC) The University of Southern California and is a firm believer that achieving the highest level of client satisfaction comes from the combination of ongoing market trend acclimating and the formation of strong, shared-value relationships. Outside of work, Kristen is a proud mother to her 5-year-old daughter Amaiyah and is an avid global traveler. Thus far, Kristen has been to 14 countries, with Dubai and Amalfi Coast, Italy being her favorites.
