Gini Swancy joins @properties in 2023 after having been a part of the Christie’s International Real Estate family in the Carolinas for the past eight years. Prior to launching her real estate career, Gini spent almost a decade as a Private Client Banker which gave her an invaluable foundation to help clients build investment real estate portfolios.
Gini grew up in both Dallas and Houston and went on to receive her BA from Texas State University. She received her MA from Queens University of Charlotte. Gini is thrilled to come home to Texas and resides in Parker County.
During her time away from Texas she experienced five corporate relocations giving her first hand knowledge of the process from beginning to end. Living in multiple cities from California to the east coast gives her a unique understanding of how the DFW area relates to other markets. This is particularly useful to those moving here for the first time.
In addition to her experience with relocations, Gini has a passion for working with widows/widowers. Having lost her husband in 2019 she recognizes the importance of representing this community. Her mission is to be a resource and advisor before, during and after real estate decisions need to be made. She is fiercely protective of people experiencing loss and works tirelessly to understand her clients at every step and make the process fit their needs.
Gini is intimately familiar with the challenges of moving to a new area on her own. She recently joined the Women’s Club of Fort Worth where she enjoys art, theater and dining experiences with other members. She can also be found on the golf course with friends and family in her leisure time.
Gini is a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) and a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS®).
