Amanda Petzold

Amanda Petzold was raised in Birmingham's Poppleton Park neighborhood and has a deep appreciation for Birmingham and the surrounding metro Detroit area. She understands that every home has a story and believes successful real estate experiences begin with thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and attention to detail.   After earning a degree in psychology from Georgetown University, Amanda moved to New York City, where she worked as a leasing agent for WeWork in the office real estate market. Operating in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment strengthened her ability to navigate complex transactions while delivering exceptional client service. Her responsiveness, organization, and client-first approach continue to define her work today.   Real estate is deeply rooted in Amanda's family. Her grandfather, Bill Petzold, developed the acclaimed Harbor Springs resort community of L'Arbre Croche. Growing up with exposure to both Poppleton Park and L'Arbre Croche shaped her appreciation for architecture, design, and the ways thoughtful spaces foster community and well-being. Privacy, natural surroundings, and harmony with the environment remain central considerations in how she advises clients.   Outside of real estate, Amanda enjoys hot vinyasa yoga in downtown Birmingham, strength training, and long walks with her dog, Leo. She looks forward to helping clients find homes that align with both their lifestyle and long-term goals.
