Enid Cleland is a distinguished real estate professional with over two decades of experience across luxury residential, commercial, and global real estate markets. She currently is the Vice President of Global Partnerships for Christie’s International Real Estate in Austin, Texas, where she brings a strategic, relationship-driven approach to negotiation, marketing, and complex deal execution for a discerning international clientele.
Enid began her career on Wall Street in New York City as an International Director of Asset Management, where she cultivated a deep understanding of financial markets, risk management, and asset strategy—skills that have since become the cornerstone of her real estate practice. Her leadership experience includes serving as Managing Broker, Office Manager, and Director of Commercial for The Agency RE and eXp Realty, as well as Broker/Founder of The RE Company in Houston. Her diverse transaction history includes luxury estates, hospitals, industrial properties, vineyards, and other high-value commercial assets.
Her clientele includes diplomats, celebrities, professional athletes, and senior executive's individuals who rely on her for discretion, deep market insight, confidentiality and white-glove service. Raised in an international family and having lived abroad in Europe, Enid brings a global perspective to her work. Fluent in Spanish, she seamlessly navigates cross-cultural transactions and advises clients around the world with professionalism and ease.
An active leader in the industry, Enid has served as a Texas Real Estate Commission Ombudsman, 2022 Chair of HAR Global Advisory Board, President of the Women’s Council of Realtors in N. Houston and NAR President’s Liaison to Spain, where she supported the implementation of ethical standards within the Spanish real estate community. A respected international speaker, she has shared her expertise at prestigious events including Inman Connect, WomanUp, HAR, NAR Conference and Inmocionate in Spain.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Enid is deeply committed to community service. She previously served on the board of Magnificat Houses, a nonprofit supporting the homeless, displaced women, and individuals with mental illness. She is also a proud mother of three accomplished adult children, a passionate sports and art enthusiast, and continues to find purpose in connecting people, cultures, and communities through real estate.
