Maricruz Najera is a bilingual professional originally from Mexico, now proudly calling Austin home for the past 15 years. She holds a degree in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin and later returned to earn her MBA, deepening her expertise in business strategy and leadership.
For nearly a decade, Maricruz served as a business owner and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations and driving growth across multiple ventures. Though new to real estate as a licensed professional, her connection to the industry runs deep—real estate has been a cornerstone of her family for generations, giving her a unique blend of fresh perspective and inherited knowledge.
