Bailey Burns, who is originally from Hampshire, Illinois, graduated high school in 2021—right in the middle of COVID. That time taught her how to adapt, stay motivated, and keep a positive mindset no matter the circumstances. She went on to attend the University of Mississippi, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Business Real Estate.
Her passion for real estate began in the summer of 2024 while shadowing agents in Chicago. She quickly fell in love with the fast pace of the industry and the way every day brings something new. Now, she's continuing to build on that experience through an internship with Christie's International Real Estate – @properties Lone Star, where she's gaining hands-on knowledge and diving deeper into the world of real estate.
When she's not working, Bailey enjoys spending time with her friends and family, who bring her the most joy and balance. She also loves staying active—especially doing Pilates or going on long walks while catching up on her favorite podcasts. A big fan of travel, Bailey enjoys exploring new places and frequently visits Costa Rica, one of her favorite destinations. She's excited to keep growing in the industry and looks forward to helping future clients with energy, care, and a fresh perspective.
