She specializes in working with first-time buyers, luxury home clients, and investors—and has a strong track record with clients relocating to Austin. Her extensive background in sales and marketing, paired with her stellar negotiation skills, allows her to bring strategic insight and professionalism to every transaction.

Before transitioning into real estate, Alicia built her career in the natural products industry, holding key sales and marketing roles at innovative, high-profile brands. She also founded ATX Coolest B*tches, a women's networking happy hour that raised over $25,000 for local nonprofits including HAAM, Austin Film Society, Heart Galleries of Texas, the Breast Cancer Resource Center, and Austin Pets Alive.
