Dyema LaMar

Dyema LaMar is a Washington, DC–based real estate advisor known for her strategic precision, disciplined execution, and unwavering client advocacy. Originally from Philadelphia, she relocated to the DC Metropolitan area in 2012 and has since built a reputation for delivering results through thoughtful positioning and intelligent negotiation.

A military officer in the United States Army Reserve, Dyema has deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Freedom's Sentinel. Her background in military leadership shapes her approach to real estate: deliberate planning, clear communication, calculated strategy, and decisive execution. Clients trust her not only for her professionalism, but for her composure and command presence in high-stakes transactions.

Dyema earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Morgan State University and later completed a Master of Science in Information Technology with a specialization in Information Assurance and Security. This uncommon combination of behavioral insight and technical expertise allows her to read the market, understand people, and leverage digital systems to position properties with precision.

Before transitioning into real estate, Dyema served in federal law enforcement - an experience that sharpened her attention to detail, discretion, and accountability. Today, she brings that same standard of excellence to buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the DMV.

Deeply rooted in her faith and community, Dyema is an active member of Alfred Street Baptist Church in Alexandria, Virginia. She believes real estate is not simply about transactions, but about relationship, legacy, equity, and long-term wealth building.

She resides in Washington, DC with her Yorkie, Teddy, and enjoys reading, traveling, and curating meaningful gatherings with friends and family.
