I'm Eric Nielsen, a DC-based agent with RLAH | @properties and a Bloomingdale resident who genuinely loves this city. I work primarily in Shaw, Logan Circle, Bloomingdale, Eckington, Truxton Circle, NoMa, LeDroit Park, Dupont Circle, Adams Morgan, and Mount Pleasant — and I know these streets, these blocks, and these markets the way only someone who lives here can.

Before real estate, I spent over 20 years as a direct response copywriter and creative strategist. In plain terms: I know how to communicate, how to position, and how to negotiate — skills that turn out to matter enormously when you're trying to buy or sell a home in a competitive city. In a difficult market, that experience is the difference between an offer that lands and one that doesn't.
