Heidi has a strong ability to build relationships and to make people feel seen and heard. With these traits, she is able to guide and educate her clients through the real estate process with patience and understanding. With a background in education, she knows how to help people truly understand the process so they can feel confident in the decisions they are making during what can be an emotional time in their lives. She graduated with her bachelor's degree in Education from University of Texas at Austin in 1999, and then a master's degree in Education from University of North Texas in 2014. She has taught in various positions in education (including Carroll, Northwest, and Mansfield ISDs) throughout her career. Heidi has been married to her husband, Brett, over 26 years and they have lived in Southlake almost 20 years. Brett has been in commercial construction in DFW for over 25 years, and they have bought and remodeled several homes together, as well as rentals that they manage themselves. They have also raised three amazing young men in this community, all three graduating from Southlake Carroll ISD. Their oldest has some challenges, and supporting him while he learns to be an adult teaches them great lessons in life just about every single day. Their middle son will graduate shortly with his degree in Finance with a real estate investment concentration from University of Texas at Dallas, and the youngest son is earning his Construction Management degree from Texas State University. Heidi is known by her peers to be able to bring calm to just about any situation, and looks forward to helping people with all of their real estate needs.
