As Founder and CEO of East + Ivy Homes, Nicole has led her team to serve more than 700 clients and close over $325 million in real estate. Her unconventional background spans eight years of military service in the U.S. Air Force, federal financial policy, interior design, and entrepreneurship. A Harvard University graduate with a master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Nicole brings a unique combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of human behavior to her work.
Nicole serves on the Virginia REALTORS® Board of Directors and the Prince William County Industrial Development Authority. Whether negotiating complex transactions, mentoring real estate professionals, or serving her community, she leads with empathy, integrity, and a commitment to unreasonable hospitality.
Outside of real estate, Nicole is an endurance athlete, avid traveler, live music enthusiast, and proud dog mom to Roxy and India.
