Jerry, also a licensed attorney, has real estate experience well beyond being a Broker. For 7 years, he was managing partner for a real estate development firm he founded in 2005. His expertise includes building spec/custom homes in prestigious neighborhoods in Dallas(Bluffview, Preston Hollow, Highland Park, Lakewood), over 1100 acres of raw land development, and, multiple commercial and mixed-use developments.
Tara McGraw began her professional career as a small business owner but was later inspired to pursue a career in real estate. @properties Christies International Real Estate opened its first of three offices in Dallas in 2021. Tara is proud to have been the brokerage's first agent and has worked alongside CEO Jerry Mooty on his luxury real estate team from the beginning. She has earned her Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designation, which allows her to understand and serve the needs of even the most discriminating and private clients.
Caroline's real estate career has covered many areas of the business and has spanned across multiple states. Also a professional ballerina, her ballet career brought her from her home in Charlotte, NC, to Las Vegas, NV, & eventually Dallas, TX. Her real estate journey began in Las Vegas with LVREAL, where she gained invaluable experience working for the boutique luxury brokerage in the heart of Summerlin. Utilizing her marketing expertise, she helped lead the team as the managing brokerage for a custom home development in Henderson, NV.
Michelle Holland brings extensive knowledge to the team after many years at Allie Beth Allman. Her experience has focused on East Dallas, including Lakewood, Forrest Hills, Little Forrest Hills but also includes many transactions in Highland Park, Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Bluffview and Devonshire.
