Amazing opportunity to live in the city on 2 1/2 city lots with a massive yard in Little Italy. Step into an open, light-filled space with interesting architectural details throughout: white brick, an open wooden staircase, fireplace & large dining area. The freshly painted kitchen features new counters, stainless steel appliances and a new Sub-Zero fridge that opens to a generous eating area. The upper level offers four sizable bedrooms on one floor: two bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom, one is ideal for guests with space for an office, and the primary suite sits at the front of the home with a walk-in closet running the length of the house, room for a king bed and sitting area, and a large primary bath with a jacuzzi tub, standing shower & dual vanity sinks. A fifth bedroom on the main floor is currently used as a den with a Murphy bed. The expansive lower level offers endless options - living room, recreation room, crafts, office - plus a bar with a stylish backsplash and plenty of storage. Outside, the massive yard features a hot tub, trampoline, pergola, and grill area with plenty of green space, plus a concrete pad on the south side of the home with a basketball hoop.
